The land plots, with the total area of 6,600 square meters, numbered as 4107/19 , 4107/55 , 4107/47, are located in the village of Kunje, near the town of Bar and Bar Riviera. The plots are located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea, directly along the seaside. The area has natural slope into the sea. Plot 4107/19 is immediately adjacent to the coastline. There is natural shingle beach in front of the plot. The sizes of the plots are as follows: 4107/19 – 777 sq. m., 4107/55 – 5,223 sq. m., 4107/47 – 600 sq. m. If requested, plot 4107/55 can be broken down into several plots, with the border line to be drawn across plot 4107/47. There is convenient exit from the Bar – Ulcinj highway. The road to the plots is embedded in concrete and there are communication lines established. The request for the investment initiative has been filed to the Bar’s Town Hall, which will be the basis for obtaining  building permit. The distances from the plots to the residential areas are as these: 10 km away from Bar, 13 km away from Ulcinj, 7 km away from Tivat Airport, 80 km away from Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro, and Golubovci Airport.
